- To engage in the Consultancy business in areas of Research, Data Management,Analysis and Report writing for different studies
- To engage in the Consulting business for socio-economic projects design and management
- To engage in the Consulting business in developing and reviewing strategic plans of companies in Socio-economic sector
- To apply for call for funding and perform activity applied for in areas of Community Economic Development, Rural livelihood, Agriculture development (transaction cost and commercialization), Natural resources management, Climate change adaptation,Conflict Resolution, WASH, behavioral change and Gender issues
- To collaborate and partner with internal and external organization and/or companies in conducting Evaluation of Project/Program, policy or Intervention
- To collaborate and engage as local partner of international and local organization in doing Data Analysis and Monitoring and Evaluation
- To organize and/or Conduct trainings on Field work management, Data collection and Qualitative and/or Quantitative Data Analysis using different software
- Prepare and conduct reviews and publish articles in newspaper, journals and magazines in areas of socio-economic development
- Participate in Corporate social responsibility activities in socio-economic sector
